Women’s Coding Coalition

The WCC encourages adult women to learn the basics of programming.  We will begin by learning Python.

While men will not be prevented from registering, all participants must agree to promote and foster a nurturing learning environment free of competition.  While competition works well for many, research on gender learning styles suggests that women most benefit from non-competitive learning environments.

These lessons are for absolute beginners.  If you have experience programming, you will be frustrated by the pace.  FUBAR offers other opportunities for more experienced coders.  You are encouraged to attend them.
